Description
This project aims to develop and evaluate a novel diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) risk mitigation strategy to support the safe use of SGLT2 inhibitors in patients with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) and chronic kidney disease (CKD). The study will focus on patients with mild to moderate CKD, leveraging continuous ketone monitoring (CKM) technology and standardized CGM/CKM reports to detect early risk of DKA and prevent episodes.
