Description
Sealed proposals for the construction of the 2024 CRACK SEAL project 36B-2024, will be received by the City of Bellingham, 210 Lottie Street, Bellingham, Washington, 98225 at the Purchasing Office until September 4, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., and thereafter will be publicly opened and read. The improvement consists of sealing pavement cracks and joints to prevent surface water from entering and degrading the subgrade and structural components of the road section. Locations of crack sealing vary throughout the City and a map and list of locations is included within the bid specifications.
