Chimney/Stack: Repair the stack and boot coming out of the upper roof. Shorten the pipe, replace the boot, collar, and cap. Steep 12/12 pitch.; Soffit/Fascia: Remove and replace 12 LF of fascia on southwest corner of lower level (left driveway side).; Gutters/Downspouts: Remove and replace gutters on house using 6" seamless gutters and 3"x4" sized downspouts with hinged extensions.; Siding: Side the house with Royal Estate D4 Vinyl Siding, wrapping fascia, installing aluminum soffit, wrapping all doors/windows, installing fanfold with house wrap, and painting foundation. Change Order #1 -
