Investigations of Child Abuse

The MOU coordinates investigations of reported child abuse or neglect involving Orange County Probation wards in out-of-home placement. SSA leads investigations and reports findings, while Probation assists with referrals and coordination and reimburses SSA for investigation costs under a cost allocation agreement.
