Description

The City of Orlando has requested HDR Engineering, Inc. to provide engineering services for access management and an ADA-compliant pedestrian crossing with Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs) at the Mills Avenue and Canton Street intersection. Services to be provided include: design and right-of-way survey, transportation design, drainage design, grading, maintenance of traffic, signing and pavement marking, landscape design, public involvement, environmental permitting, plan preparation, opinions of probable cost, specification package, and post-design services. This service authorization will be provided on a Lump Sum basis for all tasks except Post-Design Services, which will be performed on a Time and Materials basis.
