Description
SBIR Direct to Phase II project to advance SWT-12140, a CNS-targeted RNAi therapeutic intended to lower APOE4 while sparing hepatocytes, toward IND-enabling studies and a Phase I clinical study. Work includes evaluating biomarkers in mouse models, developing tissue pharmacokinetics, metabolism, and pharmacodynamics assays, and conducting a non-human-primate dose-range-finding study.
