Contract for provision of Mental Health Patient Advocate Services between County of Orange and Orange County Association for Mental Health dba Mental Health Association of Orange County from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025. The contract is administered by the Director of the County's Health Care Agency or an authorized designee. The contract amount not to exceed $216,576, with $108,288 for each year of the two-year term. Payment method is monthly in arrears based on fee for services.
