Description

It uses mouse models and human tissue biobanks to identify spatial and molecular correlates of fibrogenesis, benchmarks findings between mouse and human specimens, develops algorithms using µCT and AI to quantify fibrosis and identify microanatomic contributors, and builds a mechanistic model for TB-associated fibrosis to test candidate interventions.
