The scope includes removing existing BUR / Gravel roofing, roofing plies, fiberboard, insulation, penetration flashings, etc. down to roof deck and installing new 80 Mil PVC Fully adhered roofing system over dens deck over tapered insulation (lower deck only) over 2 layers of 2.6 thermal insulation.
