Description
Fresno Unified School District (DISTRICT) is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Social Emotional and Behavioral Intervention Services. The RFQ aims to prequalify vendors for a period of three years with options for up to two additional one-year renewals. Categories include Professional Development and Direct/Indirect Student Services. Vendors will provide clinical supervision to assist Clinical School Social Workers in earning their licensure and provide intensive behavior supports to students with Tier III needs through Registered Behavior Technicians and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. The agreement term is for a three-year period with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods beginning July 01, 2023. The evaluation panel recommends approval of the following vendors: Category A, Professional Development: Elizabeth Morales, LCSW Counseling Services (Dinuba, California), Zimmerman Marriage & Family Therapy Inc. (Clovis, California). Category B, Indirect/Direct Student Services: BICC Central California Inc. (Fresno, California), Education Behavior Consultants (Fresno, California), Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. (Columbia, Maryland), Positive Behavior Supports Corp (Fresno, California), The Steppingstones Group, LLC (Chicago, Illinois). Sufficient estimated funds in the amount of $940,000 are available through the Prevention & Intervention budget.
