Licensed surveyor to set points and elevations for story pole locations, upon your execution of the Survey Proposal/Contract. (PROVIDED BY OTHER) Installation of (11) story poles and flagging pursuant to County Requirements. Maintenance of story poles for 5 months during review process, excluding vandalism or extreme weather events. Owner to request removal of story poles in writing.; Maintenance fee for 5 consecutive months; Staking and Survey Cert.
