Description
This project aims to investigate DS-specific mechanisms of Alzheimer's disease and identify biomarkers related to immune and NGF dysregulation across AD stages in Down syndrome. The study will use transcriptomics, proteomics, cellular/molecular analyses, and biofluid biomarkers to understand the progression of AD in DS and inform preventive trials.
