### Description

This study employs a mixed-method approach using population-based data from CDC’s Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) and qualitative interviews to explore how social determinants of health (SDOH) influence reproductive health outcomes among women with and without disabilities. The research aims to identify facilitators and obstacles in reproductive health care across disability types, life contexts, and community settings, providing insights to improve care access, quality, and outcomes for women with disabilities.
