State of Iowa master agreement for Ram and Jeep trucks. Vehicle pricing is a fixed rate of 3% under the Triple Net Invoice, including government incentives, for government fleet-rate or off-the-lot vehicles. Vendor provides an itemized invoice for each vehicle; DAS Fleet reviews and, upon approval, issues a purchase order.
