Description

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will assist the City in selecting professional Architect and Engineering services firm for a new fire station located at 1500 N 3600 W, Lehi, UT 84043. The selected contractor is expected to design, engineer, draft construction documents, and create cost calculations for Station 84 and to incorporate the following items within 12,000-14,000 square feet of space: three apparatus bays, eight dorm rooms, one training room, four offices, one IT room, one turnout room, one tool room, and one EMS supply room.
