Description
The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a 5-year term contract with a qualified firm to provide consultant/broker services in the administration processes related to a Rolling Wrap-up, also referred to as an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP). Broker services may be required to close out any Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) policy related to State Risks current OCIP. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to a single contractor for a period of five (5) years.
