On July 20, 2022, Grays Harbor County, a county government in Washington, awarded a purchase order (number 4774) to Westlake Hardware Inc for paint supplies needed for painting doors and railings as part of a summer help project. The order was placed through Facility Services for a total obligating amount of $0.00, indicating it may cover supplies or a scope of work rather than a monetary transaction. The purchase involved one quantity of paint supplies, with the vendor located in Kansas City, MO, and the county’s facility in Montesano, WA. This appears to be a single-transaction procurement for maintenance or facility improvements.
