The School Board of Volusia County, Florida, through its Procurement Department, awarded contracts to ACR III LSC Holdings LLC dba Herff Jones, LLC; John Pantellis & Associates, Inc. dba Balfour Scholastics; and Jostens, Inc. for diplomas, diploma covers, caps, gowns, tassels, stoles, class rings, and related items.
