Analyze proposed county commission redistricting maps and data as requested and provide the necessary consultation and/or expert witness services in anticipation of potentially related litigation, including reviewing documents, reports, and other documents as needed; attending meetings; providing advice; answering questions from committee members, board members, and county staff; and performing other tasks that may become necessary; and Provide the necessary consultation and/or expert witness services, including preparing expert reports, testifying during a deposition or trial, and other tasks in the event of a lawsuit or adversarial proceeding.
