Research project funded by NIAMS to develop a biomarker using ctDNA to assess immunosuppressive drug safety in patients with immune checkpoint inhibitor associated inflammatory arthritis.

Description

This study measures circulating cell free tumor DNA in the plasma of patients with ICI-IA using a novel, highly sensitive assay to demonstrate its potential as a biomarker of cancer progression sensitive to immunosuppression effects, for use in future interventional studies.
