TASK 1 - DOCUMENT REVIEW - - The Consultant will review record drawings and O&M manuals provided by the Client to determine the preliminary feasibility of relocating the equipment as described in the project understanding.; TASK 2 - FIELD EVALUATION - - The Consultant will visit each site listed in the project understanding in a single trip to confirm existing conditions and verify the information in the record drawings and O&M manuals.; TASK 3 - OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COSTS - - The Consultant will develop an opinion of probable construction costs.; TASK 4 - FEASIBILITY REPORT - - The Consultant will provide a feasibility report summarizing the findings from both the document review and field evaluation. The report will include the following: -Estimated generator loading - Assessment of adequate capacity - Identification of any excess capacity and related maintenance concerns - Installation requirements and any necessary modifications - Evaluation of space constraints - Analysis of conduit and wire needs - Operational impacts during equipment relocation - Opinion of probable construction costs Proposal from Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. dated May 15, 2025, to provide engineering services to Orange County Utilities to evaluate the relocation of two generators and two fuel tanks.
