Purchase order is for the Annual Maintenance on (2) UPS/Power Distribution & Batteries located at the Southwood Shared Resource Center 2585 Shumard Oak Blvd. Tallahassee FL 32399. This includes the following UPSs: Serial #s ES232ZXX19 & ES191ZXX06 and UPS Batteries 240 cells (4XTLC13). Contract includes all parts & labor on UPSs; PMs on batteries. Service includes maximum 4-hour response time as well as 24x7x365 availability. Sole Source letter and Quote attached to be billed on a quarterly basis.
