Description
This project aims to develop and deploy culturally-tailored, multi-level, sustainable implementation strategies to improve blood pressure control and reduce hypertension-related health disparities among diverse racial/ethnic groups in Los Angeles County. The study uses innovative methods in implementation science, community engagement, and behavioral economics, following the EPIS framework, involving all 51 adult primary care clinics in LAC DHS.
