This project aims to perform an ultra-deep survey of the human antibody response to Human Astrovirus (HAstV) infection to inform the design and testing of a broad, protective vaccine. The research will leverage advanced monoclonal antibody discovery techniques, including next-generation antigen barcoding, single-cell multi-omics, and bioinformatics, to identify and characterize potent neutralizing antibodies. The goal is to uncover conserved viral vulnerabilities and develop a broadly protective HAstV vaccine.
