A study to evaluate different doxycycline dosing strategies to reduce STI incidence among men who have sex with men and use methamphetamine, aiming to improve prevention interventions and reduce HIV/STI transmission.

Description

This project will evaluate the acceptability, effectiveness, and adherence of various doxycycline dosing strategies (daily, weekly, post-exposure) to reduce quarterly STI incidence among men who report using methamphetamine in conjunction with condomless anal intercourse. The study aims to inform tailored STI prevention interventions that, combined with biomedical HIV prevention, will reduce HIV/STI transmission in high-prevalence populations.
