Our scope includes the removal, disposal, and replacement of all specified tile, restroom partitions, countertops, and countertop sinks. In total, we are planning to new countertops of varying sizes, new sinks with corresponding faucets and new drain lines tied into the existing wall connections, and new restroom partitions of varying sizes. Drywall repair is included where wall tile is removed, along with moisture mitigation in the designated shower areas.
