Description
Addendum updates, bid opening dates, and detailed scope of work for re-roofing project. Sealed bids are invited for the tear-off and removal of the existing roofing system down to the deck, including flashings and components, and the installation of a new thermoplastic single-ply roofing system with insulation, tapered insulation, cover-board, flashings, walk pads, accessories, and sheet metal components. The manufacturer’s 20-year NDL warranty shall be provided.
