INCLUDED IN THIS ESTIMATE ARE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS. GENERAL CONDITIONS: - Project Management and Supervision. - Clean up SITE WORK: - Pick up and deliver three (3) loads of shellrock (approx 54 CY) - Re-grade entire parking lot so that it is level - Use a Bobcat to spread loads of shellrock around the parking lot making sure to fill pot holes and uneven areas NOTE - -All work to be done during normal business hours. -Job can begin within 30 days of approval. -Job completion time 30 days after commencement.
