Description

This project is a collaborative initiative between US researchers and Lao public health officials to evaluate a mobile health (mHealth) intervention aimed at smoking cessation among Lao patients. The intervention involves a fully automated, personalized smartphone-delivered behavioral treatment using the Insightâ„¢ platform. The study will conduct a randomized controlled trial with 500 adult smokers recruited from hospitals in Vientiane and Champasak Province, comparing standard care with an automated treatment program.
