Description
The Ecological Analysis Core will generate, investigate, and apply spatial ecological models and techniques to support two non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)-focused projects. It will manage, visualize, store, share, and analyze high-dimensional and high-resolution clinical and experimental histology images, and develop computational approaches to understand and predict tumor behavior. The Core aims to understand the evolutionary ecology underlying tumor heterogeneity and guide new therapeutic strategies for lung cancer.
