Scope of Work: To provide equipment and labor, unless otherwise noted, in order to perform the activities as listed below at Magnolia Park Description: - Mobilization, Insurance, General Conditions, and Supervision/Project Mgmt 1 Unit LS @ $1,412.00 = $1,412.00 - Call in for Underground Locates through Sunshine 811 using our CCD account. Confirmed original call in on 2/4/26 at 11:16am under ticket # 035603814. We will meet with locators onsite as they call us for their respective utilities. 1 Unit LS @ $900.00 = $900.00 - Provide mid-size rubber track excavator with two person crew to excavate and locate the existing RCP stormwater pipe's end. CCD shall be onsite from 8a to no later than 4p on Monday 2/9/26, or such other time as agreed to, to perform this listed work.
