This project aims to develop small molecule inhibitors of hnRNP A18, a regulator of protein translation in cancer cells. These inhibitors are expected to block transcripts involved in cancer progression, metastasis, angiogenesis, anti-apoptosis, and immune checkpoints, thereby reducing tumor growth and immune evasion.
