### Description

The proposed project aims to increase understanding of molecular cascades underlying Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It will examine single cell omics across the cortex and thalamus, analyze spatial topology of molecular changes, and test causal networks regulating molecular cascades in postmortem brain using developmental models.
