Description

1 Mobilize crew & equipment on site. 2 Perform underground utility locates. 3 Within area described & roped off by Site Supervisor, dig an exploratory hole measuring approximately 9'x7'x6' deep hole to expose underground reinforced concrete pipe & allow for investigation into the cause of the Settlement/erosion at surface. 4 Within storm inlet area described by Site Supervisor, dig an exploratory hole measuring approximately 6'x4'x6' deep hole to expose underground reinforced concrete pipe & allow for investigation into the cause of the settlement/erosion at surface. 5 If the extent of the problem is beyond the stated Alternate Bid scope of work described below then we will not make any repairs or changes to the existing conditions of RCP. Backfill holes for future repairs by others. 6 Clean up any debris caused by our construction. Safety Concerns.
