The Los Angeles County Youth Climate Commission (Commission) will provide recommendations, ideas, and advice on County goals, plans, actions, and policies related to climate change mitigation and resilience. The Board of Supervisors (Board) recognizes the need to provide training and support to the Commission in order to foster a safe, supportive space for young adults from a wide range of backgrounds. Christy Zamani (Contractor) provides a range of services which will assist the Commission in developing their leadership and advocacy skills and fulfilling their duties and responsibilities as Commissioners.
