CERLIC EQUIPMENT ON-SITE ANNUAL SERVICE AGREEMENT - - Cerlic Equipment On-site Annual Service Agreement (For fiscal year running from 10/1/24 to 9/30/25) Equipment applicable to agreement includes: 1) 6 x Cerlic CTX20/25LC Reuse TSS Meters 2) 11 x Cerlic ITX-IL Insertion TSS Meters 3) 3 x ITX20 Handrail Mount TSS Meters Scope of work Includes: 1) One (1) time per year: Up to 3 consecutive days (8 hours each) on-site to inspect, troubleshoot, and verify/calibrate the meters listed above. 2) Four (4) times per year: Up to 4 hours on-site to inspect, troubleshoot, and verify any of the meters listed above.
