Description
The Government of Canada, through the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PSPC), aims to establish a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for domestic and international Air Charter Services. The services include Fixed Wing Aircraft (up to 50 passengers) and Rotary Wing Aircraft (helicopters) from bases across Canada, to be used "as and when requested" by authorized users including government departments, agencies, and Crown corporations.
