Description
This project focuses on developing and pilot testing a theory-informed, implementation science behavioral intervention to support increased patient engagement in care planning for patients with End-stage Liver Disease (ESLD). The intervention adapts the PREPARE for Your Care program, a literacy-appropriate online care planning tool, specifically for ESLD patients. The research includes qualitative interviews, module refinement based on focus groups, and a randomized trial to assess efficacy in increasing care planning readiness and feasibility.
