Description
The proposed project will contribute to our knowledge of how infection by B. burgdorferi, the causative agent of Lyme disease, invades the central nervous system (CNS). We will use a choroid plexus organoid to examine B. burgdorferi factors that contribute to CNS neuroinflammation and pathology.
