Description

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) establishes the responsibilities, deliverables, and collaboration framework between the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) and Charlotte County Public Schools (CCPS) for the administration, instruction, support, and technical services required to operate the Virtual Virginia Program (VVA). This agreement supports VDOE’s statutory obligation under Va. Code §22.1212.2 to establish and oversee the statewide Virtual Virginia Program and ensure alignment with the Appropriation Act funding provisions for Virtual Virginia.
