Description
Development of the first safe and effective DNA-loaded lipid nanoparticles (DNA-LNPs) for treatment of common chronic diseases such as atherosclerosis and emphysema. The project aims to overcome limitations of mRNA-LNPs by using DNA-LNPs with reduced toxicity and enhanced protein expression for up to 6 months, enabling new genetic medicine applications.
