Development of vaccines using bacteriophage virus-like particles to prevent fentanyl and heroin overdose by eliciting rapid high-titer antibodies.
Description
This project aims to engineer and test heroin and fentanyl vaccines based on a highly immunogenic bacteriophage virus-like particle platform to prevent fatal overdose. The vaccine platform aims to elicit high-titer antibodies rapidly to protect against lethal overdose with fentanyl and heroin. The study will explore antibody specificity, affinity, and efficacy in protecting against overdose via various administration routes.
