1 Hour - Group Sound Healing Session 5/14/26 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm I am proposing a community Sound Healing and Guided Meditation experience designed to promote relaxation, grounding, and emotional well-being. The session will include singing bowls, drum, rattles, and a gentle vocal sound healing experience through intuitive singing and toning. Participants will be guided through a calming meditation using elements of nature to help them feel centered and connected to the present moment. This offering creates a peaceful and restorative space for stress relief, mindfulness, and inner balance. The experience can be adapted for community wellness events, parks, and all age groups.
