Description
RFP FOR GENERAL CONTRACTORS FOR JOB ORDER CONTRACTING (JOC) SERVICES. The City seeks two JOC Contractors through this solicitation. The City is seeking proposals from qualified General Contractors to propose on the Job Order Contract (JOC) as allowed under RCW 39.10.420. The JOC contractor is responsible for providing construction management, subcontracting and delivering individual small projects that are assigned through Work Orders. Anticipated types of work include but not limited to, maintenance, renovation, repair and construction to facilities and civil infrastructure, water, sewer and storm water systems, roadways, parks and landscaping, natural habitat restoration, structural, roofing and electrical utility improvements located in King and East King Counties.
