MINI MOTORCOACH - 38 SEATS - - The mini bus is to report to the Orange County Admin building located at 5901 Young Pine Road no later than 9:00 AM on Saturday November 16, 2024 Prior to arrival at the facility, the buses are to be: " Buses are to be full of fuel. " Buses are to be configured to the maximum seating capacity prior to arriving at the facility. No luggage will be transported. " Public Address (PA) system is to be operational in all buses. PA system on every bus must have a microphone extension cord so that the tour guide can safely sit in the first seat of the bus. " Air Conditioning (AC) system is to be operational in all buses. " All buses not have operational PA and/or AC systems will be replaced immediately before and/or during the event. Tour route and a tour guide for each bus will be provided by Orange County. The tour routes will be within the Orange County landfill on paved roads.
