The City reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, waive formalities, and hold bids for up to 60 days. A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for September 13, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. in the McAllen International Airport East Conference Room, located at 2500 S. Bicentennial Boulevard, McAllen, TX 78503.
