The project will use electronic health records, insurance claims, and other real-world data to study the effects of GLP-1 receptor agonists in children aged 10–18 with obesity or type 2 diabetes. It will develop computable phenotypes, evaluate treatment outcomes and safety, and build a microsimulation model of long-term health outcomes and costs.
