Description
Fresno Unified School District is soliciting Request for Qualifications for event planner services for one year with the option of up to four one-year renewals. The district seeks vendors to lead, plan, and host four district annual events: the State of Education Gala, Excellence in Education Awards, the Retirement Dinner, and Convocation. The term begins September 14, 2023. Four vendors were approved: Catalano Fenske & Associates, LLC; Fresno Event Group, Inc.; Genuine Vacation, LLC; and JE Consulting. Sufficient funds in the amount of $200,000 are available through the Communications Office Budget.
