Description
This project includes Tenant Improvements to the existing Seattle Information Technology offices on the 27th floor of Seattle Municipal Tower. The work includes an area of 11,478 SF and includes demolition, construction of new walls and soffit, installation of doors, glazing & frames, built-in casework, acoustic ceiling revisions, mechanical, electrical, sprinkler and fire alarm revisions, and finish work. Spaces adjoining the work area will be continuously occupied or occupied after phase completion. All work to be performed between 6pm and 6am to avoid impacting employees. Temporary protection and barriers are to be provided to separate employee occupied areas from the area of construction.
