Description

This project aims to validate the Endopep-MS method, develop monoclonal antibodies for toxin extraction, and assess polyclonal antibodies' effectiveness, to support rapid botulism testing and reduce reliance on mouse bioassays. Botulism is a serious paralytic disease affecting humans and animals caused by botulinum toxins. The project will enable rapid detection of multiple botulinum toxin serotypes in feed and animal samples, leading to early diagnosis of botulism.
